All participants are expected to provide a short presentation ("pitch") and a poster on their abstract topic.

Registration

Applicants should have on hand the following in order to complete the registration process:

Abstract (in conference format - download)

Headshot (.jpg format, no more than 2 MB)

Payment
The conference fees include registration, 3 nights of accommodation (Thursday to Sunday), transportation from Calgary to Banff and back, and meals during the conference period. Due to the minimum booking requirement for the conference, alternate arrangements for accommodation are not permitted.

$1,150 / delegate (Single Occupancy Room)

$850 / delegate (Double Occupancy Shared Room)
The registration link will guide you to a Google Form where you will be asked to upload your abstract, your picture, and other required information. Once you have completed the Google Form, an automated e-mail will follow from registration@ypcgs2022.ca providing payment information.
Before completing the registration form, please add registration@ypcgs2022.ca to your address book, so it does not end up in your junk e-mail.
